• Private Attorneys. The Disabilities Law Program of Community Legal Aid Society Inc. maintains a list of private attorneys who handle guardianship and special needs trust cases for a fee.

  • The Disabilities Law Program can offer advice, referral, and in some cases, direct assistance with establishing alternatives to guardianship, such as Powers of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directives.
